MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

The manufacturer ensures that our products comply with the requirements of the relevant standards according to the type of equipment; they have been tested and proven fit for service subject to the consumer’s respect of the maintenance, transportation and storage instructions.

Warranty period is 24 month for pressure regulators and 12 months for other products from the date of commissioning but no more than 24 months from the delivery date. Production year is usually indicated at the body part of the product (including under the handles for cutting torches)
DONMET plant performs warranty repair works, i.e. free defect elimination within the warranty period.
Free warranty repair is not performed if:
1) the product was not used in accordance with the operating instructions and technical specification requirements (indicated in the product manual);
2) the product was misused or used negligently resulting in mechanical or other damages;
3) the product  design was modified at the consumer’s own discretion.
The warranty does not cover spare parts.
