A burner with compressed air forced feed.
Application:
– heating of ferrous metal and nonferrous metal before
welding and surfacing, removal of welding deformations;
– heating of interference fit unit at assembly and disassembly;
– fusing bituminous roll material while roofing and waterproofing work;
– drying of casting molds;
– flame treatment of agricultural animals’ carcasses.
The torch “DONMET” 280 is designed for heating of products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials; heating of metals before surfacing and welding; flowing of bituminous rolled material during waterproofing of various structures. It is also used for heating of plastic tubes before bending, drying of concrete panels and brickwork; as well as for flame treatment of farm animals’ carcasses.
The torch operates on an air-gas mixture using natural gas (methane) as gas fuel. It is allowed to use propane-butane as gas fuel.
The torch basic parameters conform with ISO 9012:2011.
