To reduce protective gas consumption costs, we recommend:
1. Using DM Optimizer.
2. Using rubber-fabric hoses with an internal diameter of 6 mm.
3. Using hoses of the minimum necessary length.
4. Replacing UR-6 pressure regulators with AR-40/U-30DM flow regulators.
5. Setting the minimum required protective gas flow as recommended in the technological chart or reference information, depending on the metal thickness and welding location.
