The cylinder one-stage high-pressure nitrogen pressure regulator RN-200V No. 057.000.20 is intended for reducing, regulating and automatically maintaining a constant set nitrogen working pressure.
It is allowed to use for air and inert gases.
The regulator is designed for a large consumption – up to 100 m3/h.
The inlet thread is W24.32 (DIN 477 No.10), the outlet thread is G1/4.
– reliable brass case and cover
– precise maintenance of pressure
– durable reducing valve with a polyurethane insert
– a convenient flywheel made of impact-resistant plastic
– for convenient operation – shut-off valve at the output of the regulator, which allows you to shut off the gas supply to the equipment without closing the valve on the cylinder
– pressure gauges with rubber protection to prevent damage from light impacts
It is used to check the tightness of closed systems with nitrogen with a pressure of up to 30 bar, to pressurize air conditioning systems and other climate systems before filling the system with a refrigerant when checking system elements for strength and tightness.
Air conditioning system tightness check is tested:
– when installing the air conditioner;
– to find refrigerant (freon) leaks;
– in case of depressurization of the freon line to replace the compressor, filter or eliminate malfunctions;
– in complex multi-zone climate systems with long freon pipelines, where there are butt joints of copper pipes using soldering
Pressing the circuit of the climate system allows you to check the quality of the connections on the shut-off valves, in the places of rolling and soldering, as well as along the entire length of the channels
